My work falls into two catagories. Firstly simple reportage, painting a scene as I see it before me ,as in the case os “Ready for the Season” and “Refit”. Both painted in the boat yard in Cortez Florida.
Secondly, telling stories in paintings as in “A New Opportunity” which sets the scene for the viewer to pounder the contents of the letter. Is there a clue in the room and it’s decor and furnishings? Again my goal is to entertain and engage the viewer.
